Since 2003, fans and artists have gathered every two years to celebrate the ground-breaking, highly acclaimed NBC Western, The High Chaparral . Loyal fans, who have kept the beloved characters alive in their hearts and minds for 40 years, will once again host a reunion for cast, crew, guest stars and production staff.
Taking place in August, 2007, this not-to-be-missed event provides the thrilling opportunity to meet the artists who brought the Cannons, Montoyas and Bunkhouse Boys to life! Past guests have included Don Collier (Sam Butler), Bob Hoy (Joe Butler), Rudy Ramos (Wind), Henry Darrow (Manolito Montoya) and Ted Markland (Reno)—along with a long list of guest stars, production and crew members.*

Join us in the Hospitality Room to meet your fellow High Chaparral fans. This fan-fest time is a chance to create special memories, as you match well-known names with faces, share memorabilia, swap stories and continue friendships face-to-face.

Special guests Kent and Susan McCray will join us to share memories and answer questions. Kent McCray, production manager for The High Chaparral, has first-hand knowledge of every aspect of the show. Susan McCray, (whose father, Harry Sukman, wrote most of the themes for the show), worked in casting. Both guests have exciting "behind-the-scenes" knowledge that you won't want to miss— and you'll enjoy visiting with Kent and Susan in person as you watch the episodes.
Sunday, August 19, —Brunch with Cast, Crew, Production
Here's your chance to munch, meet and talk with the talented individuals who made The High Chaparral great. Taking place in the Sportsmen's Lodge Restaurant, there'll be delicious food and intriguing discussions that will include backstage stories, little-known facts, favorite memories and answer audience questions. There will also be the opportunity for lots of one-on-one time with your favorite star. It's your chance to rub elbows, trade stories and take pictures with your favorite stars—truly the highlight of the weekend!
